AGCO’S Technician of the Year Skills Competition 2025
The nominations are closed, the judges have tallied their votes, and we are excited to announce the six finalists for the fourth annual AGCO Technician of the Year competition. With so many nominations from our dealers, the selection committee had a very tough time narrowing it down to only six deserving individuals.
These six finalists represent the “best of the best” and were selected based on their skill, knowledge, customer focus, continuous learning, and ability. We look forward to hosting them in Jackson, MN on July 28th – 30th and are expecting some tough competition.

These professionals spend countless hours at work every season, using technologically advanced tools and software to provide crucial support to AGCO’s valued customers.
The Technician of the Year program was designed to test the best of the best by participating in a head-to-head, hands-on competition where they will be evaluated on their performance based on criteria, including skill, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer service. Finalists will travel to Jackson, Minnesota, and compete in a three-day competition for the grand prize.
